Elana Axelrod, LCSW- Practice Owner

Elana is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to help clients overcome negative emotions and patterns. She previously spent ten years working in school-based settings with children and families. Elana completed post graduate training at the Ackerman Institute for the Family. 

Elana’s focuses on creating partnerships with clients to address the barriers keeping them from feeling their best. 


Colin Yaccarino, LMSW

Colin is a Licensed Master Social Worker with experience helping young adults find themselves as they traverse some of the most tumultuous years of their lives. 

His experience includes supporting adolescents and young adults ages 11-23, including LGBTQIA+ clients,  through trauma-informed care and around many diagnoses and symptoms. With his background working with clients in this transitional period of life, Colin will provide tools to help young adults learn and grow while reducing and eliminating stress.

Laurie Conlon, LMHC

Laurie is a Licenced Mental Health Counselor and has over 20 years of experience as a School Counselor in a highly regarded public high school. During her time there, she supported students through all aspects of personal and college counseling. 

Laurie has completed post-graduate training as a Mental Health Counselor and has worked in a community-based outpatient clinic serving children, teens, adults, and families. There, her focus centered on trauma recovery for individuals and families.

Laurie is a strength-based therapist who firmly believes that each person possesses unique gifts and tools to achieve personal goals. She is committed to helping people recognize these gifts and tools through collaboration, connection, and a multi-modal therapeutic approach.
